A.  Intent. As you prepare to vote, eliminate any/all MAGA influenced candidates.

B.  Concept. Use these issues to help determine your vote for Representative / Senator

      1.  Leadership matters most
            a. Character – set the example
            b.  Integrity – tell the truth
            c.  Be transparent.  PERIOD
            d.  Set the example in speech and action…for all parties/people.
            e.  Government is NOT a transactional business.  It’s leadership – a standard —  not whimsical transactional chaos on social media.
            f.  No grifting.  The Trump family sets the example of how NOT to do this.

       2.  Counter Trump’s BIG lie.  Restore election trust by supporting state election operations without interfering.  Inform people of success.  Given the importance of election integrity, showing an ID at the pole is appropriate.  Sending a ballot to your address is much better than showing at a poll with no ID check. Citizenship is checked at registration, not at poll.

       3.  We need immigrants to work in the USA – they make us stronger.

       4,  Sanctuary cities are wrong, but

             a.  Using ICE as gestapo is equally bad.  Need to treat people as humans — this includes democrats and illegal aliens.
             b.  This disaster is the fault of Congress; we need folks who have the leadership skills to develop a bipartisan fix to immigration law(s) and a common-sense enforcement apparatus that ditches the gestapo ICE and sanctuary cities. 
             c.  Trump did good in closing borders but over-reacted and killed the good — see b. above. 
             d.  Support law & order — with blind justice – to protect all.  Stop the retribution and retaliation against Democrats emanating from the entire cabinet / administration. Focus on protecting all citizens — not just MAGA billionaires.  The justice system has a giant hole in it today as The President hands out pardons and commutation to his buds  –  Honor?  Integrity?  Duty?

       5.  Fiscal responsibility used to be part of the republic, but Congress has lost its way.  Congress prints more dollars to pay the debt which devalues the dollars we earn and must spend more just to get by. Then the regime peeps speaks out of both sides of their mouth about saving, ignoring the ineffective Congress, then spending on extravagance.  Think tax cuts for billionaires, ballroom, Quatar jet, gold west wing, Christy’s jet, etc.
             a.  Focus on fixing the budget – it’s the future of our government’s ability to secure our citizens and their future.
             b.  Work with all in Congress to make the government smaller and more efficient through AI, analysis, planning and leadership – not chaotic cutting & DOGE’ing.
             c.  Develop long-term bi-partisan plan to eliminate YUGE debt.

       6.  Hire based on competence, knowledge and potential not fealty to the President’s ego.  Hiring a fox news host who is an alcoholic and has sordid marriage affairs but no leadership experience is best example of incompetent presidential leadership.

       7.  DEI is a good thing to help folks deal with their prejudices.  However, when used to select or discriminate it is a bad thing and just continues the bias and bigotry of our past.

       8.  Science is how we deal with the challenges of a unique species on a shared and changing planet. It’s how we focus and expand our understanding and success of medicine.  It’s how we manage climate change to ensure a future for our great grandchildren.  This BS of looking past science to maintain cash flowing to billionaires while risking our children’s future is poorest example of leadership.

       9.  Overturn Citizens United and stop elevating billionaires – they don’t give a fuck about us, the climate or the Constitution. They just want to continue transacting for more $$.

      10. Congress needs term limits. The constant pursuit of reelection, or something, has continually degraded integrity and negates the moral compass of members of Congress.  My fellow Republicans control all three branches of government and are fully responsible, yet they refuse to consult, discuss or even consider Democrats – ignoring almost half the population.

      11. Voter ID makes sense given its importance. I’ve always felt showing up to a poll and voting without showing ID is insane. Voting by mail is much more secure than just claiming to be someone at the poll.  I got my money, passport, driver’s license and government ID via mail.

      12.  My Democrats friends are not without blame and are at least partially responsible for the MAGA cult growth due to far-left focus recently — we need a centrist party to combat off the rails right & left cults.
